Do you have any free samples to try before I buy?
Yes we do - and if you have not used this site before, please do not order a file unless you can open and play the free sample. Right-click the links below, then in the popup window select either
Save Link As... or Save Target As...
Download Free Video.
Download Free Gallery.
Download Free Photo-Story.

How do I view The Videos?
The Video files are produced in Windows Media Video (wmv) format, standard or high definition with high quality sound. To view them you will need to have a computer running Windows operating system, and Windows Media Player Version 11 installed on it. If you need to install it, go to Microsoft Downloads - it is free. Then to view your video, just double-click the Video file after you have downloaded it. If you have any problems with your Media Player installation, visit Windows Media Player Support.
You should also check these Microsoft pages:
Manual security upgrade page. Media Player component upgrades. Security update information.

Do you support playing the videos on a Mac?
Unfortunately, at present we do not support playing the download videos on Apple Mac computers. Hopefully this will be supported in the future.

Which browser do you suggest I use?
We recommend that you use Internet Explorer version 6 or later. The site has been thoroughly tested using this browser and you are unlikely to experience any problems.

Why does my Media Player download an update?
Media Player will download any updated components it needs to play media files. If an updated component is required, like the updated codecs which we use, it may display a "Download Update" message. It also downloads security updates in the same way as the Windows operating system, in order to maintain protection from security threats. If you see an update message, click OK. If Media Player is unable to download the update, check that it has Internet access through your firewall software.

How do I view The Photo Galleries?
The Photo Gallery images are produced in JPG format, then the image files are saved in a compressed ZIP file. Windows XP and Vista support ZIP files, so if you are using these, you do not need any edditional software to extract the image files. If you are using older Windows systems or older MacOS you will need a Zip extractor - we recommend:
WinZip for Windows PC.
ZipIt for Apple Mac.

How do I view the Photo-Stories?
Every Photo-Story file is a self contained slide show, containing all the story photographs at high resolution together with accompanying storyline text and you control the slides by using the left and right mouse buttons. The files are produced in Microsoft PowerPoint format. If you already have PowerPoint loaded on your Windows PC or Apple Mac, you can simply download the file and view it. If you don't have PowerPoint on your computer, you just need to download the appropriate viewer depending on whether you are using a Windows PC or Apple Mac.
Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2007 for Windows PC.
Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 98 for Apple Mac.

How do I get support?
The site is easy to use and very rarely causes any problems. If you have a problem or are getting an error message from Windows Media Player, visit Media Player Support.
If you have a problem with this site, visit our Support Page. It gives you information to help you solve the problem and it allows you to report a problem to our support department.
